To join a booked online live class or a booked online personal training, follow these steps:
- Open the Wellhub app and go to the
Check-in tab.
- Tap Check in.
The check-in button will only appear 30 minutes before the class starts. - Once your check-in is confirmed, tap Join livestream.
- A new page will open with the livestream link.
- To watch the class on another device, copy the link and open it on that device.
💡 Each partner may use a different platform for live classes. In some cases, you may need to download an additional app, like Zoom.
Important note
If you won’t be able to join the class, cancel it before the cancellation window ends to prevent you from losing the ability to book classes for the rest of the month.
