Is it possible to continue using Wellhub after leaving the company that provides the service?

Depending on the company that provided your benefit, you may receive a one-time special offer to continue using Wellhub if:

  • You’re the account holder.
  • You have an active plan at the time you leave the company.
  • You have a valid payment method on file.
    To avoid losing this offer, make sure to add or update your payment information.

If you meet these requirements, your plan and the plans of any family members you’ve added will automatically renew. To avoid losing access to your account, be sure to use a personal email as your login.

If you don't want to continue using Wellhub, cancel your plan before the renewal date.

Important note

If the account holder’s plan is cancelled, the one-time special offer will end. You won’t be able to sign up for a new plan or keep family members on your account.

If you keep using your Wellhub plan, you won’t be able to add new family members and your membership fee may change.

💡 If you join a company that also offers Wellhub, add the new company as a provider to your current account. This way, you won’t need to create a new one.
