How to change your or a family member’s payment method?

Only account holders can change the payment method, whether it’s their own or a family member’s.

Available payment methods include credit card, SEPA and payroll deduction.
💡Payroll deduction can only be chosen as a payment method for account-holder plans and only if the company offering the benefit allows it.

To change the payment method for one or more subscriptions, follow the next steps according to your app’s home screen:

Version A
  1. Log in to the app and go to User.png Profile.
  2. Select the Settings.png gear icon in the upper right corner, and then User.png Account.
  3. Under Payments, select Credit_Card.png Payment Method.
  4. Add a new payment method or tap on an existing one and select the subscriptions to be paid with it.
  5. Tap Save.

Version B
  1. Log in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name.
  2. Select Payments and then Payment method.
  3. Click New payment method and fill in the requested information.

💡 To change the payment method for dependents, click on the arrow next to their name and select the Dependents option.
Then, click the arrow next to the desired person's name, select Add new payment method, and fill in the requested information


Payment may be declined due to insufficient funds or credit card issuer rejection. If this happens, try changing the payment method.
