It isn't possible to change the payment date. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the date of their activation.
💡 Example: If your subscription activation took place on the 5th, the next payments will also take place every 5th for the following months.
Automatic Renewal Error
If the renewal didn't happen automatically, something may have gone wrong with your payment.
Please make sure the credit card on your account is within its available limit and, if necessary, change your payment method.
 Tip
If you're using a virtual card, make sure it's not a temporary one. Temporary cards have a changing number, which can cause problems with your payment.
