How to change your or a family member's payment method?

To change a subscription’s payment method, you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company.

Available payment methods include credit card or paycheck.
đź“Ś Paycheck deduction can only be chosen as a payment method for account -holder plans and only if the company offering the benefit allows it.

💡 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can change your plan’s payment method.

If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app's home screen to change the payment method for one or more subscriptions:

Version A
  1. Log in to the app and go to User.png Profile.
  2. Select the Settings.png gear icon in the screen's upper right corner, and then User.png Account.
  3. Under Payments, select Credit_Card.png Payment Method.
  4. Add a new payment method or tap on an existing one and select the subscriptions to be paid with it.
  5. Tap Save.

Version B
  1. Log in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name.
  2. Select Payments and then Payment method.
  3. Click New payment method and fill in the requested information.

đź’ˇ To change the payment method for dependents, click on the arrow next to their name and select the Dependents option.
Then, click the arrow next to the desired person's name, select Add new payment method, and fill in the requested information.

  Tip

Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds or credit card issuer rejection. If this happens, try changing the payment method.
