After the account holder adds Family Members, they will need to follow the steps below to create their accounts:
- Download the Wellhub app.
- Click on the sign-up link shared by the account holder, or log in using the email informed by them.
If there’s any issue with the link, click here. - Fill in their email address.
Note that it must be a personal email that has not been previously used for another Wellhub account. - Enter the verification code that was sent to that email address.
- Create a password, and it's done!
Your Family Members will be able to use their daily check-in, book classes, and use Partner Apps through their account.
Important note
Any plan or payment method updates will need to be performed by the Account Holder and not your Family Member.
