What to do if the company has a late or unsuccessful payment?

If the company has a late or unsuccessful payment, the benefit admin can view the pending billings on the management platform.

To know what to do in these cases, choose the payment method used by the company:

Wire Transfer

You may submit the transfer again, and your payment will be updated.

Credit Card

The benefit manager who has Admin or Finance permissions on Wellhub for Companies must update the Credit Card on the platform so a new charge attempt can be made.

Important note

Invoice payments can take up to 15 business days to be processed by the financial institution, so the payment status in Wellhub for Companies might take this long to be updated as well.
