Starting with the Bronze plan, you have access to a holistic approach to fitness and wellness coaching at Trainiac by Wellhub.
To start using the app, follow the next steps:
- Access the Wellhub app and go to the Explore tab.
- Select the Apps filter.
- Search and select Trainiac by Wellhub. If you can't find it, it may not be available on your current plan.
- Scroll down to the How to activate this app section and read the activation instructions.
- Tap Activate to download the app.
- Open the Trainiac app and select Continue with Wellhub.
- Enter the same email and password used to login into the Wellhub app.
- Accept the terms and conditions shown on the screen.
- Complete your profile, choose your coach, and enjoy!
Tip
When reactivating a Wellhub plan, please allow up to one business day to restore access to Trainiac by Wellhub.
