How to enable the option to add Family Members for company’s employees?

To enable the option to add Family Members, the benefit admin must contact our team. In the Contact reason field, select Contract > Renegotiate and/or Pause contract.

💡 With this option enabled, employees can add up to 3 Family Members to their account.

Important note

When enabling the option to add Family Members, the company's monthly investment will have an additional charge, as established in the contract.
