How to check if your plan is active?

To check if your plan is active, follow the step-by-step below:

  1. Log in to the app and click Profile.
  2. Click the gear in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click Account.
  3. Under Subscription, select Manage subscription, and then click View plans.
  4. If you have an active plan, it will appear first in the options, labeled Active.
