Can companies know how many employees are actively using the benefit?

This information is available on the platform used to manage the Wellhub benefit:

Wellhub for Companies

To access this information, it’s necessary to have Admin or Analytics permissions on the platform.

On Wellhub for Companies, click on Dashboard to check usage data, such as:

  • Engagement: total of eligible employees who have created an account, subscribed to a plan, or added family members.
  • Subscriber preferences: total check-ins for the selected period, most active cities, favorite partners, and plans.

💡 For more detailed information, download reports showing individual employee data.

HR Portal

On HR Portal, you can access the Reports menu to check eligible employees, the balance of subscribers in your company, registered employees and check-ins.
