What’s eligibility and why can it change?

To access Wellhub, you need to be eligible for the benefit. This means being an employee or user of a company that offers Wellhub.

We confirm your eligibility using a key, which can be an email, your employee ID, National Insurance number, or a combination of these.

💡 The eligibility key is provided by the company that offers the service.

Your eligibility will change if the company providing your benefit cancels the contract with Wellhub or updates the list of eligible people.

Companies update their eligibility list to add or remove employees when they're hired, transferred, or leave.


If you’re an account holder and Wellhub subscriber, you may be able to keep using the benefit even if your eligibility changes.
