How do I enable the option to add Family Members for my employees?

To enable the option of Family Members, contact our team through this form. In the Contact reason field, select Contract > Renegotiate and/or Pause contract.

💡 With the Family Member option enabled, eligible employees will be able to indicate up to 3 Family Members to register and activate a plan.

Important note

When enabling the Family Members option, an additional amount will be charged to the company's monthly investment, established in contract.
