How to check if your plan is active?

To check if your plan is active, follow the step-by-step below:

  1. Log in to the app and click Profile.
  2. Click the gear icon in the screen’s top right corner, then click on Account.
  3. Under Subscription, select Manage subscription and then click View plans.
  4. If you have an active plan, it will appear first in the options, labelled Active.
